1. Please share a brief synopsis of what you do.I am a self taught chef and baker located in Chicago. Through my company, "J Café," I offer meal prep, boutique catering experiences, and soon a food vlog giving people a look inside of my kitchen.
What CFP flavor do you drink and how do you make it? I drink Coconut Creme religiously, I love using my French Press when I make my coffee, its almost therapeutic.
How does it fuel your day and/or passion? Mondays are meal prep days at my house and my morning ritual of CFP gives me the energy I need to push through orders and knowing it's roasted by women in the Windy City is also a plus!
What is one piece of advice you would share with other women? (quote, inspiration, mantra etc). If you're looking to inspire, find people who first inspire you - remove negative and uninspiring energy from your daily life (social media, friends, work, etc) and you'll notice that you will attract a different energy.
What is one thing you are excited about or working towards? I am super excited about my food vlog in the works and cookbook, it's been a long time coming and I can't wait to share my love for all things food.
